In the first case, your mission will be to hide so that no one finds you— open cabinets, transform yourself into an object, run away from your parents' arms, and find a way to escape until the time runs out. On the other hand, if you become a family member, you must find all the babies to put them to sleep before the counter reaches zero. Finally, if you become a cop, you must carry out a secret mission you will discover when the level starts.
In Where is He: Hide and Seek, you will have to look in all suspicious places where one of the babies may be hiding— you will never know where one may be hiding. On the left side of the screen, you will see a list of all the players who have yet to be discovered. This way, you will know, more or less, where you are in the game at any given moment.
